Shipping Time:
The Shipping Time for this product is 8-12 business days after the order is placed and the design is confirmed. (not including weekends nor Holidays).
Turnaround Time = Production Time + Shipping Time.
Design Approval Process:
Once the design is completed on the website, an executive will send you the design within 1-2 business days for your approval.
Return and Exchange Policy:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects.
Cancellation Policy:
If you have placed an order mistakenly or made up your mind after the order was already bought, you are eligible to cancel your order within 60 minutes after making the purchase.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at this email address: contactus@btxsports.com as soon as possible.
Keep in mind that if you have overstepped the 60 minute cancellation period you are no longer entitled to have your order cancelled.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum on our products.
What kind of fabric do you use?
Our fabric is 100% polyester with Quick Dry technology.
Can I modify my order?
If you have placed an order and the name, size or style on the order was incorrect, you are eligible to modify your order within 60 minutes after making the purchase.
If you wish to modify your order, please contact us at this email address: contactus@btxsports.com or our office number (305)420-5256 as soon as possible.
Keep in mind that if you have overstepped the 60 minute period you are no longer entitled to have your order modified.

How do your discounts work?
On all of our products the discounts go according with the amount of items purchased and start with a 10% on purchases made from 6-11 and 25% on purchases 12+, if you are planning a bigger order we highly recommend you fill out the custom/bulk service form so one of our customer service representatives can contact you and workout a better deal.
Do you offer private labeling?
Yes, we do please fill out our custom/bulk order form and one of our sales representatives will give you further details.

Should I receive an email after purchase?
You should always receive an email after a purchase. If not, make sure it is your primary email or check for spam or junk mailbox.
Do you have hats?
We have various types of hats: perforated, baseball, trucker, flat bill and fitted with a wide range of colors and combinations. The hats include one embroidery if you want to add embroideries, it would have an additional cost of $4 each but in this case you would have to place the order with one of our sales representatives due to that the web site only permits one.
DESIGN
How does the design thing work?
At BTX Sports, we want you to be satisfied with the design before making the purchase. That's why we offer complimentary design as part of our service. You can check our catalogue or you can send us an idea, photo, screenshot, etc. to elaborate a proposal that best suits your needs.
How are they made?
We print, cut, and sew all items on demand. We use textile sublimation that allow all over printing on the jersey, ensuring that the colors are brighter and last over time. Unlike screen printing, this technology prevents the fabric pores from clogging, thus ensuring better breathability.
Can I add logos, names and numbers on to your products?
Yes, we have unlimited personalization on logos, names, and numbers.
How do I upload a logo?
Go directly to the product of interest and press the upload files button. Add as many logos or files as you like and specify in the notes what position you would like for each logo. Example: shark logo on left sleeve, USA flag on right sleeve.
Can I create my own design?
Yes, in the CUSTOM ORDERS option, you can upload a photo of a sketch and any files that are useful for working on the design. You can also include a detailed explanation in the notes and our design team will work on a proposal at no extra charge according to your requirements.
I this case we would requiere a minimum purchase of 6 units.
Can I change colors or certain details to your existing designs?
You definitely can, please add the modifications to the notes and we would be more than glad to make them for you at no additional cost.
Would you send me a digital proof before you go to production?
All of our custom orders that have any type of personalization always need an approval by our customer we will never go to production without an approval.
I want to see my design before making a purchase. Is that possible? How can I do it?
Go to our CUSTOM ORDERS and fill out the form we would be more than glad to work on your design proposal at no extra charge because at BTX SPORTS we want you to love what you see before you commit.
Note: We would requiere a minimum purchase of 6 units once your design is approved.
Can I buy just the jerseys (No logos/names/numbers)?
Yes, you can.

We take customer security very seriously and ensure that your designs are protected. Your designs will only be used with your authorization. If you would like copyright protection for your designs, please contact us at contactus@btxsports.com
PRODUCTION / SHIPPING
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time is usually 8-12 business days Monday thru Friday and does not include weekends and holidays.
Our turnaround time includes production and shipping time.
Please be aware when placing big orders our turnaround time may vary please contact us for more specific timing.
Business days will start counting once the order is placed and the design proposal is approved.
Since our products are made to order, express orders with shorter times than those already established cannot be made.
What happens if I receive my order but it is incomplete?
We ship by weight, if the weight shipped is not the same as the weight received it is possible their was an issue with the courier and we would have to submit a claim with them, in the meantime we will reprocess the missing items in order to comply with our customer’s satisfaction.
I mistyped my shipping address, what can I do?
Please note that we cannot make edits to the shipping address after the shipping process has begun. Please contact us at contactus@btxsports.com for any modification on your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order.
How can I track my order? When will my order arrive?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow up on your order, please keep in mind that once the package is in the couriers possession the time can vary, transit delays due to weather, service interruptions, seasonal staff shortages, or any other reason may occur and are out of our control. We will not be responsible for this.
We are not responsible for lost packages after delivery confirmation. If the carrier scans delivery to the address on the order, and you do not receive it, we will assist in filing a claim and getting a GPS scan verification, however a delivery scan is proof of delivery.
What shipping companies do you work with?
We work with FedEx, USPS and DHL depending from what facility we ship from.
How can I track my order?
Once you place your order, you are going to receive emails indicating the status of your order with all the information that you need to track your package.

Do you ship to Puerto Rico?
Yes, we do.
Do you ship to other countries other than the US?
We currently only ship within the US, please contact us to see if it is possible to ship to another country.

Can I cancel my order?

How can I make a return?
One of our strongest features is the quality of our product and we maintain a product satisfaction rate of 99.5%. We always try to do our best, but in case we make a mistake we provide a 15-day warranty on factory defects on all our custom-made sportswear. While we do not accept returns for custom products due to the nature of each item being uniquely tailored and pre-approved by our customers via digital mockups, we are committed to quality assurance.
If you encounter a factory defect within 15 days of receiving your order, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team. We will ensure that any manufacturing issues is addressed promptly with a replacement. Our goal is to deliver quality and maintain your trust in our brand.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
What are your payment methods?
We accept credit card payments thru our secure platforms such as STRIPE that include Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay in addition to this we also use PayPal.
If you would like to pay thru Zelle or another method please contact one of our sales representatives for further assistance.
Is my transaction secure?
All of our payment gateways are 100% secure.
Is it possible to pay in other currency than US dollars?
We only accept US dollars.
Do you accept tax exempt certificates?
Yes, we do please contact one of our sales representatives so you can send at contactus@btxsports.com before placing your order, we would create an invoice so you can pay it without the sales tax.
In case you have already paid for it and the order is under the same name as the certificate we can make a refund for the taxes once our accounting department confirms the exemption.
Note: this would have to be within the same month of the purchase.

What sizes do you have available?
Most of our products go from

Do you charge additional for plus sizes?
No, we don’t.
Do your prices change between youth and adults??
Our prices are the same for men, women and youth.
How do your sizes run?
They are true to size they are regular standard fit if you usually use a Medium we recommend you purchase a medium, we ask for you to check out our size chart on each product to confirm the sizing. We have men, women y youth sizes.
Please note that if you're on the borderline between two sizes, order a smaller size for a tighter fit or a larger size for a loose fit.
