SECTION 19 – FREE DESIGN POLICY

At BTX SPORTS, we offer a complimentary design service for personalizing existing designs with your logos, names, and numbers. Please review the following:

Customization of Existing Designs
• Our free design service is limited to personalizing existing templates with your logo, name, and/or numbers. • The overall design framework remains the same.
Logo Requirements
• We do not create logos from scratch. You must provide a high-quality logo file (.PNG, .JPEG, .SVG).
Design Limitations
• We do not design new layouts or custom elements beyond simple adjustments like names, numbers, logos, and color changes.
Turnaround Time
• A digital proof will be provided within 1-2 business days. Revisions are limited to minor adjustments.
Submission Guidelines
• Ensure that all required files are submitted at the time of order to avoid delays.

SECTION 20 – SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Orders within the United States are expected to arrive between 8-12 business days. Delivery times may vary for international orders. Once shipped, the courier (FedEx, USPS, DHL) is responsible for the package.

SECTION 21 – COUPONS & DISCOUNTS

Discounts are subject to the following terms:

Eligibility: Discount offers are available to registered users only.
