Shipping policy

 

Our turnaround time is 8-12 business days after the order is placed and the design (digital mockup) is approved, this time includes production and shipping time. Once the order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. We have free shipping in every order over $250.00.

This is an estimated time.

The delivery will be affected if your address is not in a main city, for any weather condition or delays by the courier. The delivery may be delayed and the courier will notify the estimated delivery time.

Once we ship the package with the courier (FedEx, USPS or DHL), the package is the courier’s responsibility.

Once you place your order, you are going to receive emails indicating the status of your order with all the information that you need to track your package.

 

You will receive the email with your tracking number to locate your package.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer a free flat shipping to the United States and United States lslands such as Puerto Rico and Hawaii.

 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at contactus@btxsports.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

• If your order exceeds $150 we are not able to ship to PO Boxes. If you include a PO Box address, you will be contacted and we will request a different shipping address to deliver your order.
